Piano lessons are billed monthly. Monthly payments are to be made at or before the first lesson of every month. Late payments will incur a 10% late fee.
The monthly payment amount is divided evenly between the 10 months from September to June (summer lessons are also available). It doesn’t matter if there are 5 or 2 lessons in a given month, the tuition fee is exactly the same.
There is a $50 registration fee payable when registering. This holds your spot in the schedule and goes towards the cost of supplemental materials throughout the year.
Note: Prices are subject to review at the end of each year.
If you are unable to attend your piano lesson, I may or may not be able to reschedule it, depending on space available. I will offer an online or video alternative if possible. Cancelled lessons are nonrefundable. I put time and resources into each lesson outside of the actual lesson time, which must be taken into consideration when understanding this policy.
If, however, your child is available at the regular lesson time but is physically unable to attend because of transportation, etc., I offer the option of an online lesson through Zoom or Facebook Messenger or a video lesson that I will send (where applicable)*. Either option is a viable alternative to missing a lesson, and the first two options are very easy to set up. Younger students will need assistance of a parent or guardian on their end of the lesson in these formats.
*I need to be notified at least 2 hours in advance in order to provide these options.
If the cancellation is on my end, I will either reschedule or refund the lesson.
I do not share my students’ names, faces, or likenesses without their written permission.
